WiFi and BT do not wake from sleep

after using low power modes WiFi and Bluetooth cannot wake

Workaround :

before going to sleep unbind :

ip link set wlan0 down
ip link set uap0 down
ip link set wfd0 down
modprobe -r moal
modprobe -r btnxpuart

Once the device wakes up, re-bind them:

 modprobe moal
 modprobe btnxpuart
