Bluetooth

bt-start.service is not able to bring up Bluetooth correctly.

Workaround 1: Disable bt-start service and start Bluetooth manually:

# systemctl disable bt-start

Restart the system

# /usr/sbin/bt-start start
# hciconfig -a hci0
